Out the Gate Travel, LLC travel policies include the following:

1. We charge a fee to research destination options. This is to ensure that we are compensated for our time spent whether or not you choose to use our services to purchase your travel specifications. Research may include information about flights (times, airlines options, layovers, seat class pricing, and flight routes), hotel selections, transportation options, restaurants and activities. We provide at least three hotel options for each destination, 1-2 flight options, and 3-5 restaurants and activities. We include one round of edited options. After the second round, for additional research there will be an additional fee. 

2. The administrative fee will depend on the number of people traveling, number of cities visiting, the amount of research needed (if including activities, restaurants, hotels). 

3. Once you have booked airfare, we are not responsible for cancellations or changes on by the airline. We are not responsible for refunds, or changes or cancellations if the fare selected does not include changes, refunds or cancellations. 

4. It is strongly recommended that travelers purchase travel insurance. We do offer travel insurance with our packets, however, we are not responsible for explaining your travel insurance package to you. You will need to review the terms and conditions of the insurance coverage. If you have questions, you will need to contact the travel insurance company directly. We can provide you the contact information.  

5. The purchase of travel insurance will allow you to receive a travel credit or a cash refund depending on the travel insurance option selected. 

6. Names and birthdates much match travelers' passport information. If the information given is incorrect, we are not responsible for issues that may occur. 

7. If traveler has opted to be placed on a payment plan, said traveler must make the final payment by the due date. Failure to do so, will be a loss of previous monies paid and your trip. It is not our responsibility to keep up with your payment deadline. 

8. All credit card information, personal information, financial information is kept confidential. We do not keep credit cards on record. We do not share your information with third parties. 

9. Health and Other Hazards: You agree that it is your personal decision to travel, and you are doing so with full knowledge of current travel recommendations and travel restrictions with regards to the risks of COVID-19. We assume no responsibility for and shall not be liable for unsafe conditions or health hazards including pandemics or other illnesses. We have no special knowledge of dangers during travel or at destinations. For information related to such dangers, we recommend going to the State Department travel website at www.travel.state.gov,  click on "Find International travel Information” then click on "Country Information", and  fill in the name of the destination country. For medical and health information, we recommend going to the Centers for Disease Control website at www.cdc.gov/travel, then click on “Destinations” and scroll to the name of the destination country.

10. We are not responsible for your experience on a flight, at a hotel, on an activity or at a restaurant. We only help facilitate your search and selection of these options. Your final selection of any of these travel options is solely up to you. Any experience had while engaging in the travel options selected is left to the company handling stated experience. If you have a complaint about a hotel, flight, restaurant or activity, you will need to contact a representative of that company who offered the service. 

11. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of travel suppliers or their failure to adhere to their own schedules, provide services or refunds, financial default, or failure to honor future trip credits. We have no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the suppliers, and we have no liability for recommending a trip credit in lieu of a refund.

12. Rebooking: If requested, we will assist with obtaining any refunds due or rebooking trips using future credits, but we will charge a nonrefundable fee for such services.
