Italy in Summer

Join us for a group trip from June 27-July 7, 2025.  There will be plenty of free time built-in. Please see the itinerary below. The total trip includes flight into Naples and departing from Rome, 4-star hotels, airport transfers, trains, and attractions including tickets to the Colosseum, the Vatican, Academia Gallery to see Michelangelo's David, Pompeii, Capri, Positano, and more! Starting at $3,750 for the entire package. You can pay in segments with a minimum of $1000 to reserve. First deposit due by January 15. The final payment is due by May 1, 2025.  

Friday, June 27

Take off from your home airport in the evening and arrive in Italy the next morning. A private vehicle (van or coach) will pick you up and take you to the hotel.

Saturday, June 28

Land in Naples early morning. Airport transportation takes you to Pompeii for a morning snack and tour of ruins, then on to Sorrento to check-in at a 4-star hotel and enjoy the rest of the afternoon free.

Sunday, June 29

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then catch the morning ferry to the island of Capri. Ride the chairlift to the top of the island to see the incredible view, shop, eat and return on the last ferry to Sorrento. Dinner on your own.

Day Two

Monday, June 30

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then board a coach bust to explore the town of Positano. Lunch in Positano and then back to the hotel. Evening free. Dinner on your own. 

Day Three

Tuesday, July 1

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Load bags on the shuttle back to the train station in Naples. Board the train to Florence. After a 3-hour train ride, we check-in a 4-star hotel. Visit the Accademia Gallery to see the famous statue of David, the Uffizi Gallery, the Pazzao Vecchio, the Duomo, the Pitti Palace and the Bargello National Museum.

Wednesday, July 2

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, Then continue to explore Florence at your own pace. A Firenze card will be given on the first day which includes transportation around the city and entry to several museums and sites. Dinner on your own.

Day Five

Thursday, July 3

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then shop or return to a museum that you would like to revisit. This last day in Florence, we will meet for a wine tasting in the afternoon. Dinner on your own.

Day Six

Firday, July 4

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then catch the morning train to Rome. Check into the 4-star hotel and then your off to see the Coloseum, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, Victor Emmanuel's Palace and the Spanish Steps. Dinner on your own. 

Day Seven
Ruined Ancient Architecture
Saturday, July 5

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then we visit The Vatican and its wonderful museum exhibits of religious relics and beautifully decorated interior. See the Sistene Chapel with Michangelo's masterpiece. Next, visit St. Peter's Cathedral. Dinner on your own.

Day Eight

Sunday, July 6

Your last day in Rome and Italy. Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and then choose to tour with the group or shop and visit Piazzas on your own. Group will meet for dinner (additional fee). 

Day Nine
The Trevi Fountain in Italy
Monday, July 7

It's time to go home. Check out of the hotel and hop on the shuttle bus to the airport. Individuals will board their booked flights.
